Reservations for Travel: October 22, 2025 â January 4, 2026
We are pleased to announce that reservations for travel during the period of October 22, 2025, through January 4, 2026, will be available starting Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 7:30 AM.
Customers may make reservations:
- Online through our website,
- By phone, with up to five transactions (one-way or round-trip) allowed per call,
- In person at any of our terminals, or
- Via mail, by submitting a completed reservation form.
We encourage early reservations to secure your preferred travel dates and times.

Please note: When making a vehicle reservation, you must provide the year, make, model, and license plate number of the vehicle you will be transporting. All vehicle reservations are non-transferable.
Payments
To book passage for your vehicle, payment must be made at the time of your reservation. Online reservations must be paid for at the time of booking. For telephone or in-person reservations, payment must be made within 5 days of booking. If made less than 5 days before your travel date, payment is due the day before you travel. We accept cash, check, Steamship Authority gift card, American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit cards for advance reservations. Service fees are assessed for returned checks.
